Yesterday I went to cinema hall and watched recently released Nepali movie called Shambhala. The movie had created so much hype in the social media that I could not resist to watch it.
This movie is also the offical submission for Oscars 2024 from Nepal. Along with several other international awards, this movie had already created some buzz in the international cinema community before even being released here in Nepal.
The director of this movie, Min Bahadur Bham is well known director who delivered movies like 'Kalo Pothi' previously. He is known for showcasing unique stories of rural Nepal.
The rating for this movie is 4 out of 5 for me. The cinematography of this movie is just a masterpiece. The mountains they show in the background is absolutely breathtaking. The story is engaging as well. I think it's must watch Nepali movie.
